Great Works stop working

At some point if I manage to gather too many great works, I can't anymore rearrange those between different museums or wonders. I still do get those but the tab where you can change locations just doesn't work. Anybody else having this problem? For me that happens in a latter part of a game with huge map.

Nope never.

Only can happen if you don't have an empty space somewhere and one of Englands rulers does that automatically which may also prevent you from moving them about.

If you can't open the menu, you are most likely playing with Heroes and Legends and dug up a Heroic Artifact that you don't have space for. Your options are to sell the artifact or build something that can house it.

I have the empty spaces for all artifacts and works, but still it crashes. I was playing as Wu Zetian. I have to admit I have a lot of them as my spies seem to be good to steal them...

That almost has to be a bug then.
