How to form a corporation

I am using the corporations mod...got the message "because you have three of a resource you can form a corporation" yet can't find any information on how to actually do it.

Once you gain the tech for it, you can move a great merchant to that industry tile, they will have a "Form Corporation" action. (Or maybe something similar; I don't know the exact wording)

This action is available only if the merchant has not used any of their activations, and will consume the merchant. Bought a tile with Colaeus, and still have two activations left? No corporation for him.

The corporation's city will then have the option to run "Create Product" projects; once that completes, you will have a product with the same effect as the industry bonus that can be moved around between stock exchanges and seaports.
