hello, is there any way i can play this game on my phone from steam?

You could use a remote desktop software to connect your phone to your pc. For a slow paced game that doesn't necessarily require a keyboard like Civ, it would actually be possible to play like that. If it's enjoyable this way, that's another question.

Exactly there is an app on Google Play for Civ 6. I do not know of you need or could use Steam.
