I just saw in the game menu, that you get Napoleon when you create and link a 2K account to steam. Is that new? So far, I only knew about getting Caesar when you do so.

You will get Napoleon in Civ 7 if you get that game and link your account. There's apparently also a bit of cross-game promotion; you get one persona for him by linking your account to your copy of Civ 7 and another persona if you also have a copy of Civ 6 linked.

There is nothing new in Civ 6 to unlock.

I really didn't notice that it is for Civ7. Thanks for clarifying
