Why cannot I download Caesar's cat?
I have been linked to 2K for some time...

Caesar doesn't have a cat.

The scouts you build get cats. But you can't pet them, like the dogs.

Check in the Additional Content in the main menu to see if its is checked.

For me ...
- The files were already downloaded before I created and linked an account. Inactive and unusable, but already on my computer.
- As soon as I linked the account, the "mod" showed up in that "Additional Content" menu. It was active by default.
- Then I deactivated it. Why? Because my sister's dog is named Scout.
