If it doesn't prompt you to, restart after installation. Hopefully that fills in any of the files you're missing.

OK, so yeah... Pretty sure you're missing one or more files from the C++ Runtime Library. I would imagine "Verify Game Files", as posted above, should download the missing file(s). If not:
For the ones you already have installed, you should be able to go to Control Panel > Uninstall a Program, and click "Uninstall" on the ones you already have. You should be prompted to "Uninstall" or "Repair". Repair will fix any corrupted files, and download any missing files from that pack.
Edit: I'm looking for it now, but I'm pretty sure there's also a folder in the Civ VI directory that contains the necessary C++ Redistributables.
Edit 2:
"C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\LaunchPad\vc_redist.x64.exe"
^--- You should be able to just navigate to that location in your directory, double click the "vc_redist.x64.exe" file, and it will install all the necessary files.
I recently added master of magic to the games library and since then Civ Vi stopped working. I was literally playing it 15 minutes before I loaded mom and then bought and installed mom and BOOM, civ vi will not launch. C++ runtime was and is up to date. All files verified.
Re-installed civ and even steam and it still has the same error.
