April 2024 MAC - purchased Civ VI Anthology, no apparent way to enable or launch Rise and Fall or Gathering Storm

Bought Civ VI Anthology for MAC and have several new leaders and maps, but Rise and Fall appears to be un-enabled, even though steam says I've downloaded everything. How do I launch and play Rise and Fall and Gathering Storm?

When you create a new game there is a button to choose in which part do you want play ;)

At the very top of the screen where you're setting up a new game, there's a drop-down list for "Ruleset" where you choose which ruleset you want to enable. If you go Gathering Storm it includes Rise and Fall by default, it's just adding on to it.

So when I look under Create Game the "Choose Ruleset" field is stuck on "Standard Rules" and the side arrow to select a different ruleset is grayed out.

Then you might need to enable the expansions (and other DLC) explicitely in the additional content menu.

I'm googling and I don't see any "additional context" menu for CIV VI. Does anyone know the specific click path? Argument?

When you launch the game, in the main menu there is "Additional Content" - click on that and choose "Mods". It's a bit non-intuitive (at least it was to me) but that menu is where you enable all modifications including DLC (as well as workshop mods if you have any).

They all enabled by default for me, but maybe on Mac it doesn't.
