Id say it should handle Civ6 real well till super late game then you might have some longer loading times would be my best guess based on specs.
I cant see a reason the game wouldnt run playably.
I can't speak about late game performance, but early to mid game works fine.
I play a lot of strategy games on my Deck, so if you're looking for other ones that also work on the 'deck, I'm happy to advise.
