City on resource
I saw a video on youtube of a guy explaining where yo settle your first city. In one exemple he settled his city on a 2-1 plain with Wheat resource and I thought that the city will produce Wheat resource, or will get the benefit of the resource, or stuff like that. Then he restarted the game, and near his settler was a 2-1 plain with Stone resource and he said something like "i dont want to build the city on it because the resource will disappear". So I'm confused..is it good to build on a resource or not?

Resources aren't removed by putting the city center on it (unlike other districts or wonders).
What needs to be understood is how the game determines how much you get from the tile the city center is on. The city center will produce a minimum of 2 food 1 production 0 everything else, no matter where it is. If the tile yield exceeds that then it will get the higher yield. For a 2-1 tile with Wheat, the Wheat will give no benefit to the city unless the city builds a Water Mill for +1 food from Wheat, after which the city center will produce 3-1. If it was a 3 food Grasslands with Rice then the city would produce 3-1, increased to 4-1 with a Water Mill (do remember that a Marsh will be removed if you put the city there). For Stone, there is no building that improves yield the way Wheat has, so a 2-1 will stay that way. It can still be used for adjacency from the Hansa (as will any other resource you build on) and allows construction of Stonehenge.

Other kinds of resources obey the 2-1-0everythingelse rule as well, so if you have say +3 gold from a luxury the city will get that gold.

And how you know before you build the city that it will improve a certain tile with resource?

If the tile has less than 2 food 1 production before you build the city the tile will improve.

Well, in my exemple both the Wheat and Stone tiles had 2 food 1 production before the city was built.

Wheat and Rice are the only resources that get improved by a city building.

The Stone is also a good resource to harvest, so you might want to keep it to get a production boost later.

Also Stone on flat land is effectively a Hill, so if the city has poor production prospects due to a lack of hills it can be used for a long-term production bonus for the city, which you won't get if the city is placed on it.
