It really shouldn't be so easy, I agree.
Should be at least 10 turns to give us time.
I had to create army for every settlement of my enemy, only then I was able to win.
Because every second turn after concurring, cities rebel, and I had to take them again and again.
They didn't even restore any health, so it was enough for me to keep one archer and one infantry, as soon as they rebel, same turn I was taking them back.
But it's very annoying
Not to mention, everyone hates me.
Because while it's them declared surprise war on me, I still generated 800 grievances, because I had to reclaim cities numerous times, and for every time I adding up more grievances even if it's the same city
Completely not optimal, I loved it :)
