Inca terrace farm no fresh water bonus
As I understand it, terrace farms should give +1 production if they are next to fresh water. I would guess that means rivers should give this boost, but for some reason in my current game All my terrace farms next to rivers only give 2 production.

Anybody that can explain what I am doing wrong? Or say if I might have found a bug

terrace farm on green hill next to water is 2 production, 1 for the hill and 1 for the fresh water. is this the case, the terrain is green hill or is it plains hill?

Also desert hill would be only 2 production. desert hill is only base 1 production.

Thank you! I must have looked at the plain hills and thought that was what every type of hill had for resources.
