stone/quarry question
I have 2 stone hexes. 1 with a quarry 1 without a quarry. But they have the same yield.
Is this normal?

The left one is on the hill. Hills boost production.

Also the left one is near a mountain which adds production.

grassland with stone is 2 food 1 production going to 2 production with a quarry on a grassy hill it is 2/2 and 2/3 with a quarry. In addition there may be production bonuses associated with certain civs religious buildings and the like. note volcanic active destroys stone in some iterations of the game so you might want to consider harvesting stone by a Volano rather than putting a quarry on it. stone is also necessary if you want to build the stonehenge wonder. But can be harvested with no ill effects after it is built.

Ok, they give bonuses to campus and holy site districts.
