1.Ensure Steam/Epic and the 2K Launcher aren't running
- You might need to use the Task Manager to ensure the 2K Launcher is completely closed
Press *Ctrl+Shift+Esc* to open the Task Manager. Click “More Details” if it's displayed in the bottom left of the Task Manager window
Check both the “Apps” and “Background Processes” sections of the Task Manager for any entries containing “2K Launcher”. If any are present, select it and then select “End Task”
2. Click on the Start Menu icon and type in “%AppData%\T2GP Launcher” (without quotation marks) and delete the contents of the folder
Note: Deleting the above folder forces the 2K Launcher to re-download all data the next time it is opened. This will also resolve the issue of not detecting games as owned.
Re-open Steam/Epic and relaunch the desired game
Once the 2K Launcher is opened, open the Launcher Settings Menu, and select Check For Update
Once the latest update is finished downloading, select Restart & Apply Update
This worked for me.
