Etemenanki not in tech tree
I have all the dlcs, its supposed to be under writing but its blank for me.

Ive tried toggling all mods, still doesnt show up.

Are you loading a configuration from before you owned the Portugal DLC?
Did you start the game with no mods?
I just played a game yesterday and had it.

I have the dlc but it doesnt seem to show up in the additional content when I launch the game.

Ah, fk. For some reason, there were a bunch of dlcs from 2021 disabled on steam. hopefully this fixed it.
