I was building Renaissance Walls, but my Ancient Walls has disappeared!
I can't continue building my Renaissance Walls because my Ancient Walls has disappeared. There was a flood a couple of tiles away, but I have disaster at 0, so that shouldn't affect anything (had to repair a couple of tiles with my builder). Any ideas?

Did you get the civic that makes walls redundant?

It's a tech now. Steel.

No idea what civic or tech that does that. I use Real Tech Tree, which might do something, but I.m just the level above Siege Tactics, which gave me Renaissance Walls, so I find that strange.

There's no mention of walls being obsolete with Steel, in my tech tree, but then again, I use Real Tech Tree, so that might do something.
One possibility is that your walls were damaged somehow - maybe the flood, or maybe something else. Scroll down to the bottom of the construction window and check the top of the special projects list to see if there is an option to repair the walls. If that option is there, you'll need to do that before you can continue building the Renaissance Walls.

If the walls were not damaged then it might be a bug caused by the mod, or maybe this an intentional effect of the mod. Read through the mod description on the mod's workshop page and the 'pedia in-game to see if there is any explanation for what you have experienced. If not, report the problem to the mod's author.

I agree with tempest, I have a project to repair the outerworks of my Capital City after a recent Flood.

You need to repair the wall first. You have to wait 5 turns after the wall was damaged to get the option to do so (so that you can't repair the walls while it's under attack).

Thanks. Just got it this turn. Are these things possible to understand, without reading a manual? I mean, why not just show it under the damaged wall or something, that repairs are needed, but not possible at the moment.
