I have Medieval Walls in the city.
No idea what civic or tech that does that. I use Real Tech Tree, which might do something, but I.m just the level above Siege Tactics, which gave me Renaissance Walls, so I find that strange.
There's no mention of walls being obsolete with Steel, in my tech tree, but then again, I use Real Tech Tree, so that might do something.
If the walls were not damaged then it might be a bug caused by the mod, or maybe this an intentional effect of the mod. Read through the mod description on the mod's workshop page and the 'pedia in-game to see if there is any explanation for what you have experienced. If not, report the problem to the mod's author.

Thanks. Just got it this turn. Are these things possible to understand, without reading a manual? I mean, why not just show it under the damaged wall or something, that repairs are needed, but not possible at the moment.
