Bought Anthology but can not play DLCs?

I bought Anthology, which claims to contain all DLCs (I also see that I have them in Steam), but when I try to select any of them - It says that I need original game (which is included into bundle or at least Steam claims that I have it in my library).
When I start game without selecting DLC - I got Rise and Fall and Gathering storm (from create new game), which I already have before.
I already tried to delete sql lite file, but did not help.
Any ideas how to fix it?

Are they installed? Right click CiVI in library, game properties, DLC, check 'em?

Yes, I played yesterday. I even reinstall the whole game from Steam again, but no luck

When you're in game, from the main menu, you can control which DLC are enabled. Typically they enable by default. When you check the list of mods (Main Menu -> Additional Contents -> Mods, I remember right), are all of the DLC listed? And are they enabled?

Is Steam showing that the DLC are purchased and enabled for your account?
(Sounds like yes)

When you verified the installed files, was the total game size something like 21.5 GB?
(That's my install, all current DLC installed and working, no mods)

If you've got yes to all 3 of these, you should be able to use them. If not, try asking in the Support Forum and see if someone there can help. One other thing to consider is if you have custom mods installed, I'd disable them until you get this sorted out. You don't want some mod that was broken in the last update messing up your game.

What version is your game? There is an issue/bug/whatever right now where many of us got pushed back to an old build 1.0.1.104 which was before the DLC so they can't be used until 2K games fixes it. (look bottom left corner of the main screen)

My version is 1.0.12.9 (564030)

I don't see two new expansions, but I remember to activate some add-ons. I will try to deactivate them. Thanks

Also something to make sure, is that you do not load a saved configuration. Because that also saves (and loads) a DLC and mod configuration.
Which means it will not actually include the newer DLC in that game config.

I give up. I will request refund - clear installation on PC that was never played a game before and I got the same outcome only 2 old Expansions are presented

I also remove entire game on my initial PC - I manually delete both directories after uninstall the game: in my documents and in steam app
