i see so only strategical reason, i hoped there would be some other benifit. it would be awesome if i could capture a city state and they would turn into my private city state removing all other deligates and the only way to change allience or to turn it back to normal for that city state is to be liberated by someone else.

Diplomacy wins will be added with the first expansion. Expect diplomacy to be much polished from previous versions.
The AI Diplomacy will never be polished. The AI is and always will be incapable of diplomacy worth anything more than annoying us with their random and nonsensical mood swings and declarations of war.
