How to link to mobile?

You can NOT. It's a different game. I wonder if your game on the mobile even is from fireaxis/2k and has anything to do with Sid Meiers Civilization beside stealing the name 🤔🙄
I don't know of any mobile version of civ 6. There was an official mobile civ years ago but even this one did not give you a key for the real version on pc.

You can use something like Bluestacks 4, and emulate your phone on the computer, and play the mobile game on the computer. I belive you can login with samsung/google account and use all the apps that you have on the phone on the computer that way.

There is a mobile version for iOS. Released by same people who made the Mac/Linux version and the Switch version as well I believe. Aspyr is the name of the company that does the ports.

You do have to buy it separately from Steam version.

You mean transfer your save game? As far as I'm aware, that's not possible. The versions don't match up in any case.
