Great Admiral - How to Activate?
Not able to figure out this Great Admiral thing. I've had 2 Great Merchant, 2 Great Generals, and now a Great Admiral.

The issue with the Great Admiral is that I cannot figure out a way to activate him. It was very simple with the other, but no matter where I put the Great Admiral, there does not seem to be anyway to activate him.

Which admiral is it and what is their ability?

Horatio Nelson and it looks like this ability is combat strength and move to Industrial Age? I think that is right, but I might not know where to look for it.

Generally you have to be either on a boat or on a harbor. Might need to be on a harbor without a light house. That is certainly the best use of him since he auto builds a light house and a shipyard.

Go to a Harbor that you own without a Shipyard, instant 410 production

When you select a general or admiral, a panel pops up on the bottom right. In the panel, there is a diamond shape. Hovering over that tells you their passive ability. Along the top of the panel, there is a head button. Hovering over that tells you their activated ability.
