How to create an army ?

I got the Mobilization civic. The description says 'Allows forming 3 identical units into an army or armada'. I have 4 units of infantry right next to each other but the only option i have is to form a corp. So how do i form an army ???

I seen it before. It just doesnt seem to work. I got 4 identical infantry units (because 3 didnt work) and i cannot form an army.

What units? We musketeers etc, you get a little tab, with 2 stars for corps, click it, then other unit, becomes corps.. doesn't it do same thing for army?

Only army I've made so far is with a great person. (make army of one unit type)

And it's under concepts eh.. I was looking all though pedia for Army.. nothing.. stupido pedia.

They are all Infantry units. They do all have a button to create corps (2 combined units), but there is not button to create an Army (from 3 units).
