How to remove districts?
I tried to google rly hard and explore through reddit but I couldn't find the answer so I guess its not very familiar thing.

Have anyone found a way to remove district from city? I need 10 people in my capital to build new district and my entertainment complex district has been started and built for 1 turn and then changed to something else. I would love to remove that 1 turn entertainment complex and build Campus instead. I really don't need Entertainment Complex anymore. Builder doesn't want to bulldoze it and there seems to be no buttons on production section to remove it.

Am I missing something?

im stumped too. i annexed the Kongo capital and they built a campus right outside their city when there were plenty of mountains nearby for adjacency bonus... i obviously want to correct their error

You can't.

As far as I know, you can't.
It's super annoying.

maybe, then, an 'urban renewal' add-on or mod.

It's 2 barely build walls and some loose materials that have sat there 3000 years. Course a nuke can't destroy that, you silly you :P

can you overwrite the district? or remove with builder?

i thought they must have included one of these options, seems fairly obvious

the only thing you can do is what you do with wonders as well. if the district/wonder has not been finnished yet a builder can clean the construction site. but when it's completed you no longer have a way out.

I'm not sure this is true. I started a district and it only built for a turn or 2. Then I decided I wanted it in a better spot and wanted a different district there. There was no way at all to remove it....

kinda sucks, I was building pyramids but wanted to change it to something else then I was stuck with unfinished pyramids

Correct. As of today you still can't remove districts, even if they're only partially built. Would have hoped something that obvious would be in, but I'm sure they'll patch a fix in... if not, that is likely moddable.

1 Guaranteed way to remove a district would be to delete the save file

It will be gone when you start a new game
