Can't rename religion WTF?!

Seriously?! I can't rename my religion unless I pick a generic symbol?! WTF is this crap, please don't tell me you're doing this 'cause some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ though it was offensive...

If you want to use the cross and call your religion "Church of Satan" or something, that's edgelord fedora rubbish.

hmm, civ vi aint civ v so in order to get a new game you have to change game behaviours. naming waa never something i used so i guess they dropped it.

you can rename the generic religeon symbols at the bottom of the list, just not the pre-defined ones

That's exactly what I want. I don't think any evangelical Christians actually call themselves "Protestants" that's the label the Catholics gave us. I much prefer the cross referred to as reformed Christianity out Evangelical Christians instead of Protestantism.

It is a bit glitchy, you need to select the icon you want first, then type in the name. If you type a name then click the icon it usually wipes the name, then you type it in and it deselects the icon.. lol

You cannot rename the originals only make new ones. I always called my religion The Warmongers.

Personally I think they did this because they want to consolise civ for the ps4 and xbone.
