Looking around with Mouse isnt working
I'm trying to look around with my mouse but i cant i have to use my arrow keys, is there a fix for this? Also in addition, when it tells me to give a unit orders. I order it to move to X and it will randomly go to the next solider and instead move that unit.

I'm not quite sure what you're looking for. You should be able to click and drag the map with the left mouse button, or you can activate scrolling when you move the cursor to the edge of the window/screen in the options menu.

The other is a quirk of the game selecting the next unit while you're selecting a different one. If you don't want the game to do that, navigate here:
Documents\my games\Sid Meier's Civilization V
Open UserOptions.txt
Change "AutoUnitCycle 1" to "AutoUnitCycle 0"
Save

If you mean moving around the map, yeah, go to "interface" in the options, and enable "scroll when mouse at edge." When actually moving around the map, though, at the top you have to go to the edge of the ribbon rather than the very top edge of the screen for it to work. Regarding the moving, if it's what I'm thinking it is, it's because terrain has different movement points needed, so if it takes 2 movement points to go on a hill and your unit only has 1 movement point left, it just moves on to the next unit and auto-moves that first unit during your next turn.

You can turn edge scrolling on or off in the options. Personally I have it off because it doesn't work very well (you can only scroll if your cursor is unimpeded by the UI). I prefer to just click and drag or use the minimap as a shortcut.

Yes you can change the settings in the settings tab, go to interface, enable "scroll when mouse at edge"

One of the problems i have found with this is when you are trying to select tabs or buttons at the top left and right of the screen, the game will automatically scroll. Example: if i select the menu button or even the science tree table, the game scrolls, its kind of annoying. Also if you want to scroll "up" you have to position your cursor just below the blue box at the top of your screen. If you place the cursor in the blue box at the top, your map will not scroll. Very annoying! But im use to it now.

Otherwise i am loving every minute of this game so far! Enjoy!

What about click and dragging making it choppy? Game runs smooth if I use the arrow keys to scroll or click on the minimap but if I try to click and drag the camera has a seizure, game runs smooth camera just doesnt like mouse dragging for me for some reason.

Yeah, I prefer to click & drag, but in Civ VI, it's incredibly choppy and unusable for some reason. Completely smooth with arrow keys or edge scrolling, but click and drag is borked.
