I love Sean Bean on the big screen.... but technological enlightenment in a fairly thick Sheffield accent?
Doesn't really gel all that well.
:edit:
Charles Dance would have been an interesting choice too. Who wouldn't love a Tywin Lannister patronizingly briefing you on your latest discovery? :D
...Ouch, that's just a sad quote when compared to the previous games. X_X Not that you can trump "The Bible".
You don't actually think the Bible is a great work of literature, do you?
On topic: I like the quotes, except the one attributed to Einstein about making the facts fit the theory. There's no evidence that he ever said it and if he did, he was joking, seeing as he was very much a proponent of making the theory fit the facts.
Actually singularities are an example of him trying to force the facts to work when they don't. His math was wrong, his theories were wrong, and at the point where they all fell apart he fabricated something bogus to try and force it to work.
Yes I do, and not because I'm religious. Its an important historical document which has been tranlsated and rewritten by numerous cultures for thousands of years. Its every bit as important and worthy of study as a piece of ancient literature as the Illiad or Gilgamesh. Doesn't matter if you "believe" it, or not.
I looked up Janet Fitch and while she is historically unknown, she went to Reed College in Portland, Oregon where I live, so she is just fine too! :)
