Warrior upgrade - "Can scale cliff walls"

some beach tiles have cliffs on them, and you can't land on them from the sea without this upgrade

personally i have to say, haven't seen much use for it at all sofar, could certainly see its use for mods tho

I think it is that they can disembark on seaside cliffs instead of having to find a beach. The cliffss are the bunch of rocks on the coast.

It could possibly be helpful if someone settled a city that is surrounded by 4 tiles of cliffs. You'd only have two tiles to attack from. But I agree it's pretty underwhelming right now.

It's especially odd that it's a fairly early upgrade for such a specialized ability.
