Automated Builders?
Is it possible to automate the builders like we did with workers in Civ 5? I was hoping on focusing on other parts of the game and not micromanaging the builders, but I can't seem to find an option anywhere.

You don't want that, trust me.

Builders can only build three times before disappearing. Automating them would be a nightmare.

Wow really? I can't seem to build districts though just improvement on farms. Probably didn't play long enough but the tutorial didn't really explain them that well.

Districts are built from the city, not by the builders. Builders only do tile improvements and tile clearing.

you unlock districts through tech and civic policys. Then each district is a production from the city not a builder. Also looking at the tech tree theres quite a few districts.

In general you want to use the builders to upgrade resources, then upgrade empty tiles(if you don't want a wonder there later). As mentioned they only have 3 uses each so you do not want the computer making a decision you wouldn't and losing your builder.
