Game not lauching [Solution] with api dll missing

Game not starting seems to be a common problem (check other post for solutions)

I tried then to manually launch the game from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Base\Binaries\Win64Steam

Did not work, I had a problem with the api api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll missing.

I reinstalled the packages from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\_CommonRedist\vcredist
and also from microsoft website. Restarted.
Did not work.

So i tried an ugly way to fix the problem : copy those dll in the Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Base\Binaries\Win64Steam, next to the .exe.
Began with api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll
Search on C:/ every copy of this dll i had, and try to fix. Some doesn't work, some does. Just try until the dll seems fine.
Continued.

Then api-ms-win-core-file-l1-2-0.dll and api-ms-win-core-file-l2-1-0.dll
still have a missing thing.
Then api-ms-win-core-timezone-l1-1-0.dll
Then... oh ♥♥♥♥, i got bored, i opened the C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_avast.vc140.crt_fcc99ee6193ebbca_14.0.24210.0_none_56aba0211ca246c2 file from avast directory, and copy all dll.

A lighted up an altar candle, and preyed.

Oh Jesus, it worked !!! IT WORKED !!!! Halleluya !!
Sorry Jesus for being a pastafarian for so long !!!
Won't be there on sunday, have hour to get back on civ6, ruining my life.

♥♥♥, I was running win 7 and the game wasn't launching, then I installed win 10 and it worked
