This is a "feature" that alters your backlighting color to suit what's going on on-screen. If you don't like it, look for a toggle in the settings. If you can't find one there (haven't looked to see if it's there myself), you can disable it by opening Logitech Gaming Software -> Settings -> General -> Allow Games To Control Illumination and unchecking it.
SandyGunfox posted the fix to your issue. It's the way LGS (Logitech Gaming Software) handles some games that have built in profiles. Just turn off the 'Allow games to control illumination' setting and your problem will disappear.

Honestly, I've never even heard of a game being able to change the RGB settings of a keyboard before, that's pretty wild! It's a Brave New World!
