If it's a district, you repair it through the city production menu.
I go to my city building menu, well it is not called that city development I think. I see a list of units and buildings I can make and improvements I can do to districts but nothing about repair.
Also I have cliecked the city name and looked at all the options along the top of the box from purchase tile to change city production and there is nothing there.
Is there a menu I am missing?
I find it hard to keep track where needs repairs after conquering too many cities.
ah, wheres the time of automated builders ... sigh
sorry got hit by nostalgia
When I need to do repairs, I often flip to the top down view because there's big cartoon flames on every broken tile.
