How do you rotate the camera?

Saw in a demo rotating the camera 360 degrees. Anyone know the button?

Yes you can rotate it,try it.Hold ALT and the left mouse button and move the mouse left and right.

always pops back to normal view after you release, unless i am missing something

Civilization VI\Base\Assets\UI\WorldInput.lua line 163 to 178 looks familiar,though i aint no programmer and would not know how to set it correctly so that and line 34 in the file might be it.Anyway just thought id leave that info here in case someone with the knowledge stops by.
