maybe its extra specai and super redisty
My friend got playing after 10 mins, I have been waiting 30. He lives 5 minutes from me.
Because they are Microsofts 2015 C++ files, and Microsoft updates them and makes them more efficient... So packaging it all together is overall a bad idea being as the download will "normally" only take a minute or 2, and that is worth having it up to date.
If you look at the download section it will show you the progress bar.
Am I sure? No... But Steam has a system for delevering these, and its the better way to do it...
