No mouse-over yield icons?

I know you can mouse over hexes and information about them will pop up after a brief delay, but in CIV V and CIV BE a tile's yield icons appear instantly next to the map when you mouse over it. I haven't seen this functionality in any of the videos of the review build on YouTube. Does anybody know if this is planned to be in the game or if there is an option to turn it on?

There are the different lense views you can turn on. Yield icons for all tiles is one. Fresh water availibility for new cities is another.

In CIV 5 you could press Y to turn on the yield icons, I have no clue why you can't key bind "Toggle yield icons".. kinda sucks that there is no shortcut for it
