Does GreenManGaming support Devs
So I was originally going to buy this game from a site called cdkeys, but my friend presented me with some information that has put me off of all of them style sites all together. I was originally under the impression that cdkeys got their games from the devs in a custom deal, but after doing some digging I've decided it's better not to bother. So I heard that GreenManGaming work with the devs and that they're a safe site the same with humble and I was just curious if this is true?

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks.

GMG is an authorized reseller. As such they ensure developers are properly compensated for each copy sold.

Ah OK awesome. That's great to know. I've cancelled my order with the other site and will be with holding from doing business with them in future. At least until I can confirm or decline the accusations I've heard about these sites. Thanks for the help :) I know GMG list their source but I thought I would check still.

Remember it is the publishers that make the selling decisions not the developers. The developers get what ever they are contracted for.

I was reading an article on polygon earlier and that was my main discussion maker in all honesty. I just assumed that because cdkeys didn't have an eBay style thing to it like G2A, that they sourced all their keys legitimately. I'm hoping that cdkeys will stick to their word and refund me. Also it's not just about making sure that the devs and publishers get their money but also make sure that your key isn't the result of credit card fraud and doesn't have any possibility of being removed from your library in future. It's about making sure everyone gets the best.
