Spacebar for Next Turn?
Just started the game, I used to be able to just hit Spacebar for the next turn on previous Civs... am I missing something? I looked at the hotkeys and it shows spacebar set to "Sklp Turn". Is there no way to set this somewhere?

Skip Turn means for a unit and as far as I know you can change the key assignment.

Enter is used to End Turn.
