Russia = Tetris?
Have i gone mad or does part of russia theme sound like tetris-type a theme?

Ok so in other words, its an old Russian folk song. It's been around for a while and is a great way of representing Russia musically.

This song is not "Tetris". "Tetris" just use this song, that names "Kalinka" (viburnum).

Tetris used a different Russian song called Korobeiniki.
Civ6 "Russian theme" is based on Kalinka.
