Right now Mac and Windows versions are out of sync so you cant cross play right now

Aspyr is owrking to address this but their priority was to get the game out for Mac users in general first. Then address MP cross compatiblity

Cross platform was introduced in last patch. Note that is between Steam platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac) and not the iOS or Switch.
