Paranoid: Moving combat units pretty much anywhere near their boarders brings up
the diplomacy screen asking you to promise to withdraw. This one would be really hard to keep happy unless they are on a different continent and keep regional (so, basically never)
Devout: They like you if you go for theocracy and have a holy city, large faith income etc. Probably likely to found a religion. Not sure if this means they will be protective of that religion, because this would conflict with a civ that agressively spreads their religion. Also, since the Kongo civ has a trait where they can't found a religion, assuming that the Kongo leader can roll Devout would imply that religious differences are possibly not a factor. In the case I have, Pericles is Devout and has Protestantism, I have a Zoroastrian Theocracy, and it doesn't show an opinion malus for religion differences. It shows an opinion boost for focusing on religion.
If I'm correct Nuke happy means they will aim for and use nukes at any given oportuinity (which is to say if you go to war with them you will be nuked). Not sure if that also means they like others who have loads of nukes more or not though. Think of the saying trigger happy only with nukes.
Also, I think certain leaders are excluded from some hidden agendas that would directly contradict their main agendas, but not sure about that
