Potato is great and is probably the one I watch the most often, but sometimes he talks and does things really fast, even when he's explaining. It can be a bit distracting to see him shuffling through cities and production queues while trying to explain settlers or builders.
Quill18 has done a lot of beginner series for games, especially Civ or Paradox stuff. So he has some good stuff. But he mostly does streaming content now so his videos have a lot of distracting filler.
Marbozir has some great non-tutorial videos I enjoy, but he plays with the Civ 5 texture mod which I'm not a fan of.
I've not watched the other 2.
Just keep in mind that Firaxis has done a lot of patches for the game over the last year, so the balance of certain things will be a lot different from what most people have in their older tutorial videos. The basics will still be the same though (as long as it's a Gathering Storm or later video).
