Can I play this game to learn German?

Store page says it got full audio in German. does that mean all the text, voices are in german as well or just that the german leader speaks german?

I'm pretty sure every leader speaks their native language regardless of language setting int he game.

The narrator and the written stuff will be in German. The leaders will still speak their own language.

I can't speak for learning German as foreign language (as I'm native German speaker), but for me playing games in English helped me learning it. So I could imagine that it might work with German as well.

Yes, that's a great idea, mainly if you're already familiarized with the game, because then it will be easy for you to use context to figure out the meaning of words you don't know or didn't memorize yet. Any input you can get in your target language that is interesting or meaningful to you, to the point you might forget it's in German, will help you learn the language. It also has to be comprehensible to you, but one level above yours, so you understand it, but also get a chance to learn new words and expressions.

It works well (I play in German to improve my German).
Not just the narration of the technology, but there is a lot of text in the game too. Also, the civipedia is in German of course, so it's fun to read about the techs and the nations.
