Preserves seems to be gone ?

Hello! I've started a few games and on all of themes Preserves were gone, there's no trace of theme in the game, can't research nor build them. asked a friend to check and it was the same for him. I checked my game files but everything is clear.
Someone got any idea if it's a bug or something?

Do you have Vietnam/Kublai Khan enabled?

Are you using any mods?

Ive built them in 2 games over the last couple of days. Do you have restrictions on building districts like Aachen suggests? remember that they have to be built at least 2 hex away from your cities. Also did you research them? They are in a leaf tech of the culture tech tree.

They don't appear in the mysticism culture research :/
I've played a few games last days and they were here. It's only since today that i don't even see them ingame

Preserves were not added in a free update; they’re included in the aforementioned DLC (cf. store page).

multiplayer game with someone without the dlc?

Thanks for your answers, we had a few multiplayer games with it and i could play around with Preserves which led me to think it was part of the free update.
I bought it to keep on playing solo.
