Is the game worth it with all the bad rated DLC's together, or is it a broken mess and not worth at all ?
So yes it is worth the whole bundle if on sale.
So not really given away
This, but in addition the poor reviews tend to stem from the fact that each installment of the New Frontier Pass focuses on one aspect of the game which means only a segment of players will like it. So instead of just waiting for something they do like to come a few months later, a lot of people who didn't get something they wanted post negative reviews.
As someone who plays a lot of the game but not all, I can say everything I've experienced in the small DLCs has been fun for at least a few games, and the stuff I was specifically interested in has become regular additions to almost every game I play.
I'm not interested in scenarios or multiplayer, but I don't complain when the devs take time to add those, like they did a few times in the last year.
I've bought the Antology bundle, because if i see correctly, everything from the New Frontier Pass is in the bundle too.
