World's fair progression

Can I look up the actual world's fair progression/contribution somewhere? If not, can I find the results somewhere?

It should be in the upper left, under science and culture progress indicator.

There will be a rectangle that shows how many turns remain. To see more details you'll need to click on that rectangle to open up a details window. That will show every civ's progress and current standings.

I still can not see the rectangle or the progression. Could it be that´s because I voted against the world's fair in the congress?

Yes, that is precisely the reason. You can only see the progress if you are a participant.

Incidentally, I will note that there is usually no point to voting against this sort of special project. Every AI civ is going to vote in favor of it, at least with their free vote, so unless you can overcome that opposition you are just throwing your favor away with the only result being that you won't be able to participate in the competition.
