civ6 from mac to windows

So i bought civ6 on my mac trough the steam-shop. (stupid choice). now i want to play it on an other pc i have but i can`t seem to download it. can someone help me plyz

Yes, the game is SteamPlay.
Which means that once the game is tied to your steam account, you can use that account on any (supported) machine to download and play the game.

Either way you'll need Steam support. You should just be able to log on with the same account on any Windows or Apple based PC and download it from your library.

What happens when you try to download it? In what way does it not work?

Key here is indeed using the same Steam account.
