Treatment:
The only known cure for "one more turn" syndrome is the promise of sexual relations.
Several temporary remedies may also come from: a nagging wife, or mother, requesting the completion of household duties. A pet needing to go outside or to be fed. A police raid*.
*In the event of a police raid, the desire to keep playing, or asking the law enforcement officers for one more turn... is ill advised.

The same just happened to me (hence me checking this thread)
I was playing in a huge map, dominations. I had just set up my nuclear subs around the enemies boarders. I had 18 thermonuclear missiles prepped and ready to engage Armageddon to my enemies. That was until....GAME OVER! NO EXTRA TURN FOR YOU
