Change the names of cities & Leader?
How do you change the name of your cities & is it possible to rename the leader you chose?

You can't change the name of your leader, à la previous Civs, but you can change the name of the city just by going into the city screen and clicking on the far left tab and then changing the name in the bar at the top.
