Diplomatic favor and Domination Victory
I'm new to GS (but not Civ 6) and am going for a Scythian domination victory. One capitol is captured and my diplomatic favor is sinking. Is this an issue or should I just steam roll everything? My military force is basically unbeatable by now.

The only issue I've run into is if your favor is pegged at zero, you will have to shift-enter your way past turns with a vote.

It seems foolish to me that they got rid of 'first vote is free' at the same time they added a system that can peg your Favor at zero.

The first vote is free. This sounds like a mod conflict.

Ok, thats a technical issue but I'm more interested in what happens on the international arena if you constantly have zero DF. Seems that they made domination victories even more difficult with the five point penalty for occupied capitals.

It's not really a big deal in my opinion. Most of the votes are pretty inconsequential if you lose them. It just means that you'll never really be able to start/stop emergency votes and you have to prevent diplo victories through force.
