Ski resort
To make snowy cities more valuble it would be great to have a tile improvement called ski resort. It would work in the same manner as seaside resorts, adding gold to the tile. Perhaps adding gold based on the tile's appeal. It would also add tourism.

So basicaly it would be a seaside resort, but for snow hills.

Thoughts?

Except Ski Resorts don't add appeal.. if anything they take it away. ;P

Neither do sea side resorts.
Luckily they add Tourism in the game and need appeal to exist. Which is the same for Ski Resorts. I think it's an excellent idea!

Yeh Sea resorts add litter, noise and the dogs keep trying to eat my bait. No appeal there.
