Epic of Gilgamesh achievement

I have a question about this achievement.

I'm playing as Gilgamesh and I have created a great work of writing, but didn't get the achievement (it says: as Sumeria have the first great work of writing). What am I doing wrong? Maybe I misunderstood the task and I'm actually supposed to be the FIRST civilization to have a great work of writing? Thanks.

Yup, pretty sure when it says "have the first great work of writing" it means "first civ."

Well, it's kinda confusing, cause it could also mean have the first great work of writing FOR YOU as a civ. Anyways, thanks for clarifying it.
