How do I found a religion with an Industrial era start?

I haven't progressed that far so I may be missing something, but I can't seem to get a great prophet.

I am going for the achievements for winning when starting in later eras and even in the first turn the game says all the great prophets are taken.

I'm on a huge map with Russia and with my pantheon I got the bonus for holy sites adjacent to tundra so I could get a load of faith, but when I look at the great people list prophets are not there.

It doesn't seem like I can get one to found a religion or am I missing something?

Religion is disabled with industrial starts - you can only get a pantheon bonus.

If you look through the various data files there is a section you can change the values to true and start with religion in any era you want. It will take some searching but I will try to find which section it was again for you.

Thanks for the info. So much for me trying for a particular religious achievement and industrial start achievement in the same game. ☹️
