Indeed, it's not a bad one to have. I have the same "problem" when I play Kongo. I played them tall once; planned to have four cities max, ended up with seven, just to have more Theatre Squares. The amount of great artists et al standing around was ridiculous.
Yeah, it's pretty glorious to make beautiful cities : )
